After graduating from Auburn, Scott moved to Aspen, Colorado where he managed the country’s largest snowboard shop. After 5 years in Aspen, Scott moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he started a career in professional golf. Scott turned professional in the winter of 1998 and played on the Hooters Tour, Tear Drop Tour, and a number of other mini-tours in the southern part of the U.S. Scott moved back to the Carolinas in the summer of 1999.
The Lincicome family has been in the Pinehurst Area since the 1950s and it has always been a very special place. After golf, Scott was involved in the Carolinas PGA program and worked in the golf business for a couple of years and volunteered with many worthy organizations in the area. These include the First Tee which helps introduce golf to youth of Moore County, The Haven, which is one of North Carolina’s largest no-kill animal shelter, as well as the Sandhills Children Center which helps special needs children from ages newborn to age 6. His deep love of golf has given Scott in-depth knowledge of every golf course in Moore County as well as an understanding of the various club memberships.
